Hi all I am new to this but here we go š, have had sleeping problems for years now but recently it's got a lot worse and I having problems thinking straight most days, unfortunately I have a lot of health problems that don't help, of any of you have the same problems and have so good advice I'd appreciate it as I'm feeling very low, I will list them below,
Lupus (sle), Diabetes, underactive thyroid, high blood pressure, spine and hip problems, asthma.

Hi there, I feel low all the time canāt sleep even though take a sleeping tablet.. almost everyday I canāt think straight or string a sentence together. I take methotrexate and am getting side effects from it āthinning hairā quite drastically I feel. Chronic pain 24/7 is really depressing some days canāt even get out of bed .. for your asthma do you take a tablet at night called Montekulust ? Also not drinking orange squash helped my asthma although I do still suffer quite badly but itās not as severe now

I take zopiclone 7.5mg doctors donāt like prescribing these pills but they definitely help me to relax and chill BUT these are very ADDICTIVE Iāve been on them 25 years since my husband was murdered, killed him using a shotgun,

I do understand how your feeling as it so hard living with chronic pain , I have a great deal of pain myself and I am awake most nights and I don't sleep in the day at all, I e tried taking a sleeping tablet but they just make me feel horrible so I will not take them anymore, i do take montekulust and have done for a long time if I don't I get bad asthma attacks, I'm just so fed up of being in pain it makes me grumpy and today i am in such a horrible mood, and I don't want to take it out on anyone else so I keep to myself, I have problems with my spin and so it gives me sciatica in both legs, I can't feel my feet today š.
Hi Rosey45, I'm a newbie and just need to say I haven't had at least 4 hrs straight sleep in over 3 yrs. due to anxiety with current online work I do. I'm an ACOA and biz conflicts bring on nightmares which keeps me at intermittent sleep. I don't get enough straight hours and I have to read or watch a video on science or discussions to get to sleep.
I know it's anxiety so I'm looking for a counselor now but I also know that when I get at least 4 or up to 7 hrs sleep, it means all is well with me, I've resolved fear or dread about business.
My fear cycle lately keeps me at 2 hours or so at a time of sleep. My fear is that fibromyalgia might be back. It's been 23 since I got rid of FM and I don't want it back!
