bottling stuff inside me

I'm tom. I have been taking stuff and internalizing it. not getting it out in the open and talking about it is probably what is going on. I wish that it would be that easy to let stuff go but it is very hard since I'm used to getting criticized for every little thing. I'm new here too by the way.

Welcome .

Are you having sleep issues?

Anxiety ? Depression?

It is a good start that you realize you are holding stuff in.

Hey, apparently just talking about it helps.... Even if it's to a chair or to yourself in the mirror... Or even if writting it out helps... Just try to get it out of you or it will remain toxic..... I know it's easier said than done but once these things are all out maybe it will be easier to decide if you should let it go or deal with it. Cheers
