I to have problems sleeping, and I am angry sometimes because of it. Losing my husband has changed my life in so many ways. I don't like the loneliness, sadness and despair. I want to run away but to what? He's not coming back and there will never be another like him. He is a part of me, I just have to learn how to accept

Sorry to hear your worries and loss. Has anyone made any actual suggestions to help you sleep? There are many good aids available depending on your personal preferences. When I first struggled to sleep it took me months to think of something and in the end turned to Classic Music FM the radio station then progressed to Mindfulness Cd's and finally to Meditation and although I get a few blips I do sleep much better now. Good luck and hope you can find something that will work to allow you to concentrate on feeling better all round. Best Wishes

Give yourself a big hug.

Do you have any regular social contacts.

Perhaps go to some groups? You might not like them at first, bit it’s somewhere to go and it may provide some structure and routine.

Sometimes going to 1 thing can lead to another activity.

Take care of yourself, make sure you eat something
