Sound sleeping

I'm using light therapy to help me sleep. We haven't been getting enough sun her so I use a light box. If re rely on our circadian rhythm our sleep cycles get all discombobulated and we either wake up in the middle of the night or too early. Light therapy has to be the brightness of being outside on a sunny day which I believe is 20,000 lumens. Dr. Stephen Ilardi does a good Ted talk on the subject. I use a light box for a half hour in the afternoon or spend the time outside. Its made all the difference for me.

Hi, how long did you do the light therapy before you got results??

No more than 2 weeks. I took some advice from my sleep therapist and already experienced results but nothing like light therapy.

Do you take Vitamin D? Dr. recommended it since I'm mostly home bound. No adverse symptoms. I'm grateful.

Dr told me to take Vitamin D to make up for not being out in the sunshine.

Don't know if it's helping anything. Been taking it for 2 weeks.
