I just started using a cpap last month, I found it easier to get used to than expected. Get yourself familiar with the machine when you are awake. Just wear it while watching tv for an hour or so, so you are not anxious about it when you try to fall asleep with it. The first night I didn’t sleep that well but by the second night I slept really well. It’s worth doing, it helps a lot for the day time fatigue.

Good luck with yours
