Have been taking termazapam for a while now and gets some good nights sleep from it.

But because of my having depression,I was prescribed mirtazepine..BBBBBOOOOOOMMMMMM.I now know how a zombie feels. Spent the next day between just, and i mean JUST awake or at the worst in a zombie like stupor.

That day had no depression, and had virtually no brain power at all.

I take zopiclone 7.5mg and half ie 7.5mg of mirtazapine for years infact ive been addicted to sleepers for 40 years following an insomniac breakdown.

I didnt think you could still get temazipan as they are the most dangerous the past few nights sleep seem a distant memory ive had a bad gut and it only takes a small change in habit to trigger the whole think i can never go away. Maybe i should take some temazipan and with my mirtazipine get out of it for a while. I long for sleepiness
