Would be interested to hear reports on others' experience of using melatonin to help insomnia (I have trouble getting to sleep). And what strength and brands you took?

Melatonin, I know someone who brought some back from USA, where u can buy OTC. Good reports, but I don't know where u can get it here...perscription only.
