Hi Guys,

Any tips for sleep routines. I have been offered a job that is 4am-8am 4/7 days per week. I have been used to waking anywhere between 7:30am-9:30am unless I am poorly. I need my body clock to get into a 3am wake up routine and try and stay awake all day until at least 7:30/8:30pm to ensure i have 6-8 hours of sleep. I am an over thinker and always get plans in head and end up staying up longer than I should so also need my brain to switch off from overthinking mode too. Any help/advice much appreciated

You will have to work on it. Start winding down your brain earlier. Maybe by 4pm, turn off any gadgets and tv, close all books, and begin relaxing your mind. Ignore all urges to think. And then you should be fine. That is what I think
