Uterine polyps

Hello has anyone had this issue of a polyp and have sjogren although the two may be seemingly unrelated ?

I had a polyp removed earlier this year after 9 months of intermittent bleeding though l cannot say if it was related to Sjogren's. I hope you are not in pain.
