Oh, god, yes.Just had a really bad bout; it was agony and I'm still not right.

Didn't think this was linked to Sjogrens but of course it's a possibility.

Sorry to hear . It’s like doctors just don’t know this disorder at all so it becomes a guessing game with the symptoms .

I have sciatica on my right side. I've had it for years and think it's more of a mechanical thing rather than SS related. I went through 9 months of traditional doctoring: muscle relaxants, physical therapy heavy pain medication and spinal injections with only partial relief. Frustrated I went to my yoga instructor and found a private chiropractor. Within a few weeks I was off my pain medications. It turned out to be a little pinched nerve low on my spine. If I stay flexible and strong it rarely hurts. Sometimes after sitting in a theater or another bad chair for a couple of hours, I can feel it coming back. I continue to do exercises to strengthen my core, periodic chiropracty to aligh my spine and bought an inversion table for the same reason (Get some advice about the table first and don't go all the way to perpendicular.) If you want to try something easy, lie on your back on the floor and allow your spine to realign for a few m inutes several times a day. If it feels better, try the other things. Good luck.

Wow thank you for this . Yes I too feel it’s mechanical as I have ribs that click and costochondritus so therefore I may visit a chiropractor as well . Thank you for your well advised input .
