I have LSSc but I am also beginning to think I have Sjögrens as well. I have been having bouts of tinnitus and major dizzy spells. I am also going to see about a B12 deficiency as these autoimmune conditions often cause lack of absorption of vitamins and minerals. I understand these can also be some signs of B12 deficiency.

Hope you feel better . It’s tough it really is . Changing the diet seems to work for many .

Yep me too dizzy a lot. Can't put my head lower than my heart of stand and have my eyes closed without the room spinning. I have negative ra/lo blood tests for Sjogrens but diagnosed by all the symptoms. I'm glad someone else gets dizzy but sorry you get it too. Not found a cure yet and been like it for years. Gets worse when I've not rested for a couple of hours in the day or been over busy.

Hi, I have confirmed PSS as of May, 2022. I had the worst dizziness I’ve ever experienced a couple of months ago. My Rheumatologist referred me to an ENT Doctor who did several maneuvers on me until the crystals in my ears settled where they should be. He taught me how to do it myself when I start feeling the dizziness come back, which it has a couple of times. Hope this helps.
