Hi , i have Sjögren’s and under active thyroid. I have now had both the pfizer vaccines , i had no reaction to the first and a mild reaction to the second, some lymph node swelling and a tender arm . My gp said a reaction like that is actually a good sign that the vaccine was doing its job . Best wishes , i hope this helps .

You may find it helpful to look at this Sjogrenssyndromenews.com it details some research on Sjögren’s and Covid 19.

Same here. Moderna shot. A bit of a flulike reaction to 2nd shot but I’m doing fine.

Had two Pfizer jabs - just felt sleepy for a few days after first - nothing else. I have Sjogren’s and Discoid Lupus.
