My name is Staci, I am 47 years old and I have a couple autoimmune diseases including Sjogrens. I just completed the study and found it very helpful and validating to see what symptoms other people with SS have and the treatments they have tried. Looking forears to giving and receiving support.

Hi I’m new to the group my name is Jane I have been struggling with my health after I was diagnosed in 2015 with Sjorgrens, lupus SLE , hashimoto, and smouldering myeloma (blood cancer ) - I had hypothyroid for 20 years previous - latest problem is I’m on prednisolone and have developed Cushing’s syndrome and gone into adrenal suppression so as a matter of urgency I am slowly trying to reduce off steroids in the hope I will start to produce my own cortisol when I get to a low dose - so the side effects such as severe joint pain is horrendous I’m pleased to try ans get off in one hand as I have put so much weight on but I know I need them to function in life - be great to chat to you all and get to know you ! X

Hi. Been reading various posts. How has it gone getting off prednisolone? Yes, joint pain while reducing stinks! Are you off completely?

Hello, I've only just found this group. Back in 1987 (aged 36) I was diagnosed with RA and secondary Sjogren's Syndrome. I was seronegative for a number of years. Then I had Breast Cancer in 2012 and after treatment my rheumy told me I was seropositive. I developed Vasculitis and osteoporosis. My RA and Sjogren's intensified. Glad to find you all now.
