I am consently having sleeping problems. I take Amitriptyline but it rarely works for me. What do you use and does it work...I'm exhausted!!!

i use brain wave therapy CD's which you can go to the shop on the sjogrens.org.au website and go to the A-Z list and click on the sleep cds for a restful sleep
