I dont have anything useful but i am curious. I been studying herbalism and Traditional Chinese Medicine is part of the courses, but I have been too scared to attempt anything that isn't a safe or mild herb. and definitely nothing has changed my raynauds. Circulation stimulation and not staying still for long periods of time seems to be only thing. well the sports socks that hug the instep of foot make feet comfy... nothing tight on legs. occasional foot soaks - but that might be in my head and just feels good to pamper once in a while.

Have a good look at what goes into Chinese medicine. Personally I wouldn’t touch it.

I tried Chinese medicine for multiple things sjogrens being one. It did not help me but I had lyme unknowingly. And have it still. And hashimotos. A successful local natural doc treatment me for pcos we thought i had and sjogrens i guess one is damp " and one dry chinese terms. Harder to treat. Ever hear about low dose naltrexone? Or change diet to antiinflammatory?

I use acupuncture and have had cupping done to relieve joint pain. In addition I take ginseng to help with the fatigue.
