Red bump on my middle finger

Hi would anyone know what it is on my finger I been having it for over 4 months now at first it was super red and swollen and it started to bleed a little but now it is healed it doesn’t hurt.

Is there a possibility it could be a wart of some kind ? If you show it to your pharmacist you might get some advice.

My experience of skin lesions is that they can surprise you when you get them checked out. Something that seems benign can be sinister and something which looks sinister can be benign. I don’t trust my judgement on assessing them anymore.

Checking with a pharmacist as weathervane has suggested could be a good first step but you have already had this about four months so get onto it girl. 😁

I have similar on left upper middle finger and my Dermatologist said probably dry skin! !!!!

It is not to me dry skin. Mine only bleeds if accidentally knocked.

Some type of strange vasculitis? Warts don't usually look red like that, but it could be. Warts usually have a bumpy, clear appearance. Like a mushroom growing from the skin.
