Hi there. I wasn’t diagnosed when I had my pregnancies but if you are having a lip biopsy then I guess that, like me, your serum is negative to Sjögren’s. In my case I delivered 3 healthy babies to term. The third was born with a Lupus rash - which the doctors wrote a bit baffled by I seem to recall. And the eldest has eczema and Aspergers Syndrome which I believe are related - I have had severe allergies, alpecia areata and eczema for most of my life and have Hashimoto’s - so am an all round autoimmuner. But they are now 3 young adults all excelling in various ways so hopefully your unborn baby will flourish too despite Sjögren’s.

Hi! I am wondering if you found something more about pregnancy and Sjögren. I am currently pregnant (w6), have been having treatment with Plaquenil for the last 2 years. Am wondering about baby-Aspirin, if it´s smth we should be taking.
