Hi, my tummy is big anytime I eat or take water it bulge out as if am pregnant Water is compulsory so I can't do without it...I like to have a flat tummy I don't have any issue but my tummy is big. I want a flat tummy even if I have to eat and drink alots of water. Pls any suggestion.

Get your liver tested and your spleen. I had a simple liver test done ALT test and then they did an AST test which confirmed hepatitis.
