Swollen tummy and weakness

My daughter is suffering from this sickle cell and her tummy is swollen and she is always weak pls what can i do

Hello, I'm so sorry that your daughter is unwell. I would advise you to see a doctor first and foremost. She might be suffering from a multitude of things; infection, illness an allergic reaction. Weakness is inevitable when you have sickle cell anaemia. Personally I would recommend drinking 4 liters of alkaline water, plenty of rest and to make sure she doesn't over exert herself or experience high levels of stress. I hope she gets better.

Hi , can I make a suggestion, get the doctor to check her spleen has this could be infected, can be dangerous if not treated on time. Also diet can be what causes gastric acid build up
