Spotting - ovarian cancer

I have stage IIIb ovarian clear cell, and I had my first chemo infusion 10 days ago. I've just started to feel a little better after all the side effects. A worrisome new symptom has come up today (Sunday), which was a little spotting when I went pee. I had a total hysterectomy in September, and I can't imagine why. Could it be there is a new recurrence in my hmm hmm, or could chemo have caused a tiny bleed on my urinary tract? Any thoughts or ideas?

Hi. This happened to me too. If it goes away don’t worry about it but if it persists for a while tell your doctor. It could be from sensitive dry skin. Drink a lot of water. I doubt it’s cancer but you need to tell your team.

Call your Dr , I had stage 3c2 clear cell cancer you might ask about interperiteneal chemotherapy. In conjunction with IV chemo I did 18 rounds in 14 weeks. I've been cancer free 10 years. Best wishes Liz
