Has anyone been on this? I’m considering entering a trial with this and I have ovarian cancer. I’m platinum resistant. I’m wondering about side effects and whether it helped anyone.

The trials' portal is showing that it is a US-based and is also available in Italy and in Spain but it is not listed as available in the UK. However, I have found some research publications about it in the UK and it appears that the Royal Marsden is/was part of this trial. Hopefully you'll get some first-hand feedback.

TV seems promising. It is a human anti-body and it uses a novel approach "Trojan Horse" to enter the cancer cells and kill them from within.

According to Prof De Bono: “TV has manageable side effects, and we saw some good responses in the patients in our trial, all of whom had late-stage cancer that had been heavily pre-treated with other drugs and who had run out of other options. "
