November 5 was supposed to be a scheduled emergency surgery to look at my uterus, bladder, ovaries and flush my system out. My Hysterectomy was a possible result during the surgery.
Everything has been mysteriously post-poned to December 5, with a post-op on December 12. What is the Post-op? That Sprung in me, today. Is it a repeat operation?

A "post-op" is just a follow-up doctor visit to see how your early recovery from surgery is going and to discuss what the surgeon did and/or found. As to why the surgery was postponed, you can call your doctor's office and ask.
Do you know if the doctor that will be performing you surgery is a gynecologic oncologist? Something you might want to do, is to sit down and write out your questions. When you go to speak with your doctor, bring someone with you and make sure both of you have a copy of your questions. That way you have a second set of ears listening that can pick up on the things you may miss.
