I wanted to know if anyone knew of any tips to relieve vaginal dryness. I had my last chemo treatment in July of 2018. Now I'm experiencing irritating vaginal dryness. Are there any natural oils I can use for relief? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Vaginal dryness
I suffered badly with this, and it led to an irritable bladder, giving cystitis like problems. On the advice of a gynae nurse I tried Yes lubricants. I ordered it myself, and found it to be so successful that I now get it on prescription. It is organic, which most other lubricants stocked by Boots etc are not. I hope this is helpful.

You need prescription
I have been battling with this for over 10 years. If you are looking for something non-hormonal, this is the best there is (in my opinion). Unfortunately, it costs £15 a box in Boots, though a bit cheaper in Superdrug.

Balance ActivTM Menopause Moisture Pessaries Plus is a hormone-free vaginal moisturiser designed to work in harmony with the body to restore moisture in cases of vaginal dryness and atrophy. It promotes healing in gynaecological surgery, in cases of dystrophy resulting from chemotherapy, ionising radiation and vaginal dryness also due to oestrogen deficiency.
Balance ActivTM Menopause Moisture Pessaries contain Hyaluronic Acid (HA), a mucopolysaccharide which is naturally present in the body. HA functions as a structural support, giving tone, nourishment (trophism) and elasticity to tissue.
PS Don't confuse them with the Multi-action Balance Activ® BV treatment pessaries, which have lactic acid in them, and burn like hell!
Thankyou alstroemeria. I do appreciate it
