About a year ago the wife tried Enhertu but became quite sick and almost unresposive. She was taken to the hospital and was there two weeks. They said it may have caused some heart issues or was a pneumonia infection. Has anyone had a heart issue with Enhurtu?
She has since done Trevelddy, then Doxil and may try Truqap next week.

Hello Duckftball...I am not much help as I have not tried Truqap. I was on Doxil for 5 or 6 months, can't remember, but unfortunately had progression while on it. I do have the Pik3ca mutation which makes for a challenge. But, boy, it was not good for me...even though I faithfully used cold therapy on my hands and feet, I developed debilitation neuropathy. Mine is very painful when I try to take a step...can hardly walk and have to use a can so I don't fall. I am filled with regret now, but who knew I would develp such a severe case.So then they wanted me to tey Enhurtu. Just one dose of that and I ended up having an allergic reaction, so that took care of that one.
It just goes to show how challenging it is to fine a therapy that works for each individual. I am now trying Verzenio and Itovebi...just started...so we shall see. Anyway, I know this doean't help with your decision on Truqap. But I just pray for your wife that you have positive results with this one. Wishing you all the best in this challenging journey! ♥️
