Have you called your oncologist ? I have been on ibrance and fulvestrant for 4.5 years and have not expected this . I was on lextrozole for 7 years a while back and also didn't have this side effect .
Please call your oncologist right away, this doesn't sound like a side effect from Ibrance and letrozole but you never know. As I am on both for the same amount of time as you and I haven't had this as a side effect. What you are describing sounds a lot like neuropathy, I have neuropathy in my left arm and hand from tumors pressing on the nerves. I have sharp shooting pains like that and I take medicine for my neuropathy. I am so sorry this is happening to you 😭 because I know it hurts and really hard to sleep 😴 with the pain. Hugs 🤗 and prayers 🙏 for speedy resolution to this issue for you. Alicia
Also just an question, if bone mets are there calcium levels will be more in blood if am not wrong?. But recent blood test shows calcium level normal as 8.9.
… I have had the strangest pains that’s come and go on letrozole for 7 years; nerve pains in legs, back, joint locking up … come and go over the years; I’m currently without any pain at all…so odd. But yeah, I had inner thigh nerve pain at one time that was so odd and painful couldn’t turn in my bed … this may not be the case for you; but chiming in to say…yes I have… this was posted a month ago….has the pain subsided: did you see a doctor?
