hi wonderful ladies, I am on IBRANCE 100 for almost 4 years. I started to pay about $600 as copayments for fist year and they increased the price every year, so I end up paying 860 this year however this month they charged me 899 and when I asked why the answer was the manufacturer raised the price of IBRANCE. I was wondering if this happened to any one
Thank you in advance

Hello! I have been on Ibrance for almost one year and paid my share of cost for a couple of months. I then found out you can contact the company, which I did, and I have paid nothing for the last 10 months. I was amazed and it has been such a blessing. That option should be available to you too- your oncologist should be able to give you info/link on whom exactly to contact. Good luck!
Yes, definitely contact Pfizer directly or have your cancer center help you do that. The company has a program to pay insurance co-pays and another program to pay for your meds if you’re on Medicare. I ended up paying nothing, although unfortunately Ibrance didn’t work so well on me and now I’m on Xeloda. Here’s the link to the Pfizer program:
So glad you have been able to be on this successfully for almost 4 years, that gives me hope. As for the copayment, I agree with the others on here. Contact Pfizer for their co-pay assistance program. I have been on it for over 2 1/2 years. I am on Medicare but have a supplemental policy, too. I don't think it is offered if someone just has Medicare, which does not seem very fair. Best of luck to you.
