has anyone had problems getting their Ibrance assistance approval this year? I have called everyday for the past week and they can’t get my page two uploaded into their system . My Dr office has faxed it everyday and still not getting it. I’m to start taking it Wednesday. I started calling last Monday and still no luck. I just don’t understand why they can’t match it up. Last month I had trouble getting approval for eliquis and now this and they can’t find a reason in my body why I can’t walk or stand for more than five minutes since last April. Saturday was the first time I went out of the house since Christmas Eve due to the pain, besides Dr and tests visits and halfway through the grocery store I had to go sit in the car while my husband finished. I can’t even take the dog for a walk. It takes two days for my Ibrance to get to me. My application was sent off in December and I just found out last week they needed page two! Something is not right? My Dr office has faxed it everyday! That the o my page of the application they did not receive and they can’t approve assistance without it.

I'm so sorry you are going through this. I am not sure why they make this process so difficult when our journeys are hard enough. Also I am very sorry you are in so much pain. I hope and pray that you get the Ibrance assistance and that your doctors can help you find an answer and a solution as to why you are experiencing so much pain. Sending you hugs.
Fortunately I have not, but the copay went from $67 to $100 with no rhyme or reason... I hope that it gets worked out.

My insurance let's me know in January after the first that I am approved for another year. If any forms were needed it mut have been done by my doctors office. I live in New York and have MVP which is great about visits, scans and prescriptions. I have no copay with grants and no deductible and don't have to worry about a donut hole everybody talks about.
I filled out my papers in December never knew til last week page 2 was missing sad!
It’s a good idea to mail your portion of the application directly via USPS after faxing them to avoid the problem. Your doctor should just fax the prescription. I had something similar happen to me. Best of luck to you.
Last year’s approval (October) was relatively fast. I had to reapply in December for 2023 and I didn’t get an answer until the end of January! 😧
I wasn’t in crisis mode though, because in the meantime my new oncologist had changed me to a different med. I then called Pfizer and explained I didn’t need the Ibrance after all.
What a ridiculous and frustrating situation for you! I hope it gets sorted out quickly now your doc has overnighted it to them.
I’m ready to give up, I’ve been dealing with this since last Monday, o was to start taking the branch today!
Hello Sharon: Try calling this number for Ibrance assistance: 877-744-5675. I usually need to call two or three times before they get it right. I ask questions and find out why Ibrance has not been sent yet. Some customer service reps are more helpful than others. Best of luck. Madlyn
I just got a text from UPS it will be here tomorrow, not sure how that happened no one followed up. Not Pfizer or my dr office. So much for customer service from either of them. So this is a trust factor?
