Many thanks for your prayers and well wishes. Both PET and spinal MRI is unchanged and I can continue the same treatment. Moreover my next PET scan is scheduled in 6month rather than 3!

On the downside the reason for my dis function from the waist down which cascaded to a lot of pictures is still not clear.

I focus on the big picture and sending you my probably last rose of the season.

Hope it’ll lift your mood just like it does it for me.

Great news!!! Happy for you and woohoo on six months til next scan. And amusingly I know you moved your PET appt a few weeks ago. When mine was scheduled in Bergen I said, can you let me know if anyone cancelled in Basking Ridge since it is closer? They said, these appts never change. Kicking myself on not following up that day! Oh, and my drop foot situation is blamed on something that happened during the three super targeted rad treatments that I had in 2019!

Dear AvidBooklover----In trolling for info about drugs other than Ibrance, I see your comment about Basking Ridge MSK never changing appointments for PET scans. They do it all the time in Montvale. I'm wondering if the person that told you that was having a bad day. I too go to Montvale. If we let each other know the dates of our scheduled appointments, perhaps we might have a lucky same day and could meet up. My next appt is March 15 but it might be postponed because of my condition just now. Since your entry is four months old and it is all change with this MBC, you may have already tranferred to Basking Ridge. I hope that you are doing well.

Actually I usually go to Basking Ridge. I went one time in Montvale as there were no openings in BR and we were scheduling a rush PET and someone I know from this board was going to go to BR the same day. She ended up cancelling and I was laughing as I might have been able to snag that one. My next one is March 31st in BR. I was asked to change ONE time and it was for a rush for a pediatric patient coming in from PA. I, of course, said yes. And four MSK people came in to thank me for doing this. And shockingly my next appt they mentioned this again. I am doing well....I think...lol...but it would have been fun to meet up!
