Has anyone been on Enhertu?

Not yet but probably will be soon--I am "low Her2" and there's a Facebook group you might join. Have heard different things; oncologist says it's not that bad in terms of side effects but some women have many problems with nausea and weakness. Side effects seem rather unpredictable with most cancer drugs (in my experience)

I have had two cycles of Enhertu. I am Her 2 low. I have not had any scans yet. It is too soon, but two weeks after the first infusion my tumor marker went down substantially. I have been one of the ones who has had minimal side effects so far. Basically just fatigue a few days after the infusion and near total hair loss. Hoping this drug works.

I have been on Enhertu since July. Just had my first scan after 4 infusions showed significant response. Side effects have been minimal.

I'm also Her 2 Low. Getting my 4th treatment on Monday. Side effects have been all over the place for me. No hair loss so far, minimal SE the first cycle then extreme nausea and dizziness for the 2nd. They gave me a few days of low dose steroids to take at home for the 3rd treatment. Between that, acupuncture and taking anti emetics at the very first sign of nausea I was able to manage much better for the 3rd. Overall, manageable. Still able to work and function at a nearly normal level.
