Brain necrosis cause problems?

Has anyone had brain necrosis cause problems? I was dx de novo with one brain tumor. E pos. Craniotomy with follow-up SRS to tumor bed. Now 4 years later I am having more problems with a foot where the original brain tumor caused numbness. Rad onc said very rare to have another brain tumor after that much time, but there was a small spot of necrosis on the last MRI. Am scheduled for another MRI in two weeks. Wondered if anyone had necrosis causing problems--and how did they treat it??

Sorry I can't help you with this but wishing you all the best. Why are they doing a new scan so soon?

Sorry--the way I wrote it! Next MRI two weeks from when I wrote the post--now just over a week. My previous MRI was in Feb. Thanks for asking!
