I’ve noticed a steady rise in my glucose levels since on Ibrance. Has anyone else had this problem?

Glucose up on Ibrance?
Indeed, I am having the same experience. I am 75 and have been on Ibrance 2.5 years. The only saving grace is that the doctor said it was unlikely to turn into diabetes. But still...My sodium, on the other hand, has tanked regularly.
I've been on Ibrance 5 1/2 years and my glucose can vary by 30 points from one month to the next. Not a steady increase, but a rollercoaster - up and down, up and down. (I track all my blood work on a spreadsheet to watch for trends.) My oncologist has never mentioned it, so I just keep an eye on it.

Mines a roller coaster too. Doc never seems concerned but I am. I keep reminding myself that fight with cancer so lesser evils I need to worry about less.
Smart thinking. You are under a specialist care. (Oncologist) Youtu can bet he has noticed that and isn't concerned but if you are concerned ask him.
Cheers, June S.
I agree with everyone. My glucose has gone up since starting Ibrance 3.5 years ago. Onc isn’t concerned, but I’m going to discuss this with my Naturopath next month. I’m not sure there’s anything that can be done. 🤷🏼
Ibrance has increased my sugar levels to the point of now I have to take a daily tablet for diabetes. It's a small price to pay for excellent PET scan results. Long may they continue 🤞💜
