Hey Hotlantaphatz, I am on Kisqali and Letrozole since February 2022. I am on my 5th cycle with it. The faitgue is my most persistent problem. The joint and muscle pains are from Letrozole.

Hello, I have been taking Kisqali 400mg since March 2022. So far the most prominent side effect for me is neutropenia and GI discomfort. My WBC and neutrophils drop significantly when I am on the pills. I also get a lot of bloating, gas and indigestion but these could also be due to tamoxifen that I am taking.

I didn’t have the best luck on kisqali.

I started kisqali in January and was taken off of it in April because of elevated ALT counts. They were at 285 when I was taken off, then they jumped to 522 and I’m still waiting for them to come back down 11 weeks later so I can start on ibrance.

I also had low white blood counts, thrush on my tongue and a small rash on my hands that looked like a heat rash.

It’s all side effects that were identified in clinical trials. It’s worth checking their product information manual online.

Everyone is different though, and I’m sure you’ll hear more positive stories than mine, lol, so don’t be discouraged. I hope the best for you.

Kisqali seems to be the most effective of the three CDK4/6 inhibitors. I've been taking 600 mg with letrozole since February 10th. I'm now on my 6th cycle. My recent CT scan was the best yet (growth in only one armpit met).

I actually started Kisqali at 200 mg last November, as I was concerned about WBC counts. However, my neutrophils always bounce back (during the week off) so I gradually increased my dosage.

I hope you too do well on this regime. Good Luck!

P.S. My liver enzymes have all remained in the normal range!
