Malignant neoplasm.

Hi wondered if anyone has malignant neoplasm of the breast please? I have dressings and gel to stop bleeding so this helps. Hospital says it may never heal. I asked oncologist what it was and she just said it's the cancer. I would be pleased to know if any of you loverly ladies knows about it?

I don't know about malignant neoplasm, but I developed red bubbles on the skin of my breast that itched 24/7. that's what made me see my GM, which led to a biopsy >an oncologist>the S4 dxg> a mastectomy (actually they wanted to take both breasts, but there was nothing wrong with the other one so I said no. The affected one had to go).

I had that during original dx. Had a wound care nurse who treated me for months til it healed. Then chemo, mastectomy and radiation.

I have it too. May I ask, what kind of gel do you use? My wound care nurse suggested a hydrogel, but it contained parabens so I'm now using zinc oxide because I couldn't find any hydrogels without parabens. I also bought some medihoney that was soothing for a while, but it sticks too much and can cause scabs to come off when you remove the bandages.

I too had a malignant neoplasm but my healed on its own once I started on Ibrance. It did not heal quickly but it healed. I saw a wound care person but got no advice there. Sorry that I am not more helpful.
