Weekend on Beautiful Northumberland Coast UK. Sun is shining.

On antibiotics due to tooth problem. Week off Ibrance but decided to take myself and son age 19 to the Northumberland Coast for the weekend an hour and a half from home. We have had the best day ever visiting castles and beaches including the spiritual Holy Island. I rubbed a sample of Lindisfarne Mead with cloves cinnamon and nutmeg on my tooth settled it for the day . These monks knew their stuff with their secret recipes.

Beautiful wide open sands…and a gorgeous day! Glad your feeling better. Now that you’ve mentioned clove….there’s actually a natural toothache remedy called clove oil that you can pick up at most chemists and Holland and Barret too. It’s literally just clove oil and it’s anti inflammatory and a local anaesthetic that could also May be help you.Best wishes Zoe xx
