Recently started abraxene in August. Can’t get my platelets to cooperate and treatments keep getting delayed. Has anyone had issues with their blood from chemo and what did you do for it.

I have had platelet issues during my initial dx with chemo and now with Ibrance. I eat alot of spinach, get B12 shots and I have to wait 2 weeks every cycle in order to restart my Ibrance.
