Tooth Issues

Is anyone on Ibrance and an Inhibitor having tooth issues? Suddenly several teeth hurt - being a retired Dental Assistant, I have always been very careful with dental care. Sigh

You might consider trying soft bristle brush. Closys toothpaste and prevention oncology mouth wash. That combination works for me.

My dentist recommended Closys toothpaste and rinse...floss every night and I also purchased an electric toothbrush. He also suggested getting dental cleanings every 3 months instead of every 6.

Yes, my teeth began to hurt when I first started Zometa, Ibrance and Letrozole. The pain has subsided. I began using Sensodyne toothpaste and it has really helped. Good luck!

My gums have receded and the teeth on the side where I had radiation are dieing. They have turned black and are becoming loose. I'm on Xgeva so soon I will have to ask for it to be held off until I get dentures.

My teeth hurt. I started using Biotene. That seems to help. I am going to start going for my cleanings every 3 months instead of 6. It is very painful at times.

I take Ibrance 125 & Falsodex combo.
