It’s my birthday !

Hello lovely ladies

Today is my 59th birthday ! We went to the Hand and Flowers, Marlow for lunch ! It was fabulous 👍

On Tuesday I was treated to a surprise private tour around London in an open topped 1934 old Austin taxi - it was amazing !

I’m doing ok after 3 weeks of IV Epirubicin - just hope it’s working its magic 🤞

Thank you … the cocktail was a passion fruit parfait served in a posh pub called The Hand and Flowers, Marlow, Uk.

Ingredients are

Passion Fruit Parfait

Chase Vodka, Rose Rabbit Elderflower Liqueur, Passion Fruit Purée, Orange Blossom Water, Egg White,

Lime Juice and Caster Sugar

It was delicious 😋 I really enjoyed it & just had the one! 🍸

I then enjoyed a lovely glass of red wine 🍷 with my meal.

I finished my meal with raspberry soufflé with Earl grey ice cream - it was exceptional 👍

The selection of teas in the pub was amazing. I’ve noticed teas are becoming very popular over here, especially sparkling teas served in a bottle like champagne 🍾.

I was truly spoilt on my birthday - indeed all week.
