Milestone today.

My son has passed his A levels and starts his University English course in Sept. I really did not think I would be here to see this happen and celebrate with him when I was diagnosed in Oct 2020. I knew so little about MBC and now have learnt so much mainly from this site. Thankyou everyone for the support on my journey.

We have travelled to the Scottish Highlands, in Fort William, this is the view from our hotel windows. Looking forward to celebrating time together.

I get my CT scan Monday 16th and results 1st Sept but whatever happens I feel blessed to enjoy this achievement with him.

How lovely, that must be such a joy for you. I too wondered about longevity when diagnosed last year but this site has given me hope. X

This kind of news makes me so happy. I was diagnosed when my son was in the middle of his A levels and he has now just graduated -- with a first class degree, too (she says, proudly:-)) Good luck to him and to you Deborah: hope you see his graduation well and stable ♥️

Hi Debra,That is wonderful, especially with all the extra problems caused by Covid for those in education. Hopefully you will be around for many more years to enjoy his graduation and future successes. Good luck with your latest scans.
