Hey I was just wondering if anyone has ever had really high liver enzymes due to all the meds and how high if so?? My liver enzymes were really high however my oncologist wasnt concerned he said it was due to meds and that they go by my bilirubin and it was perfect. But I have never had my liver enzymes this high ever.....🤯😳

Liver enzymes
Mine are a little high, but, my bilirubin is within normal range. My MO said she wasn’t concerned with it. I have liver Mets so I assumed it was from those and not the meds...maybe it is from the meds? 🤷🏻♀️
How high
Mine have been going up each cycle of kadcyla. I think it's alkaline phosphatase. They don't seem worried about it... to be expected with the mets.
Hope that helps

My oncologist got back with me and said they were mildly elevated which was insignificant and I also got my ca 27-29 back and they were up a tad bit but he said that was normal with testing and they were over 1100 when I started and they are in the 90's now they went from 88.7 to 96 which he was not concerned. I guess we all get worried when things change in bloodwork. Some things may go up and others come down. My alkaline phosphate came down a good bit. So I get checked again in 3 months so I am not going to worry if the Dr isnt concerned.
What meds are you on? Mine where high with kisqali and they took me off and switched to Ibrance. I wasn’t happy with the suggestion of kisqali after reading the side effects could make your liver worst so I had more blood work than most
I am on Letrozole and 75 Ibrance. I also take several things for pain. I had 2 vertebraes removed due to a tumor in my spine so I have back pain and nerve pain. However I have come down a good bit since surgery. I have never in my life taken any type of pain meds so I want to get off them if possible.
