Why don't they design better meds?

I'm only asking for small details such as incapsulating pills to prevent mouth sores, or adding ingredients to protect organs, to protect our precious heart, our sleep, our wellbeing.

That would be so great! Include in the list smaller pills for those who find it difficult to swallow big pills (that’s me.)

Should you find yourself on everolimus, you can put the pill inside a gel capsule (available through Amazon). Then, swallow the gel cap in a spoon full of yogurt.
