Hi all, I was wondering if anyone on Palbociclib has been doing the NHS' free lateral flow home tests? Basically wondering if they are effective given that Palbo effects the epithelial cells. Thanks!

Hi. Yes. I do them twice a week. So far they've all been negative. I'm on Ibrance and Falvestrant. I usually do mine if I've been to the hospital especially. Good luck!
What are NHS free lateral flow tests? Have never heard of those. I am on Ibrance and Letrozole. Thanks!
Hi Love2golf. They are at home COVID tests which give results in 30 minutes. They are less accurate that the PCR (don't know what that stands for) but are cheaper to do. I think it is recommended to do 2 a week at home to find asymptomatic cases. I assumed it was used more often for people going into work environments or schools and stuff but apparently is available to all. - gov.uk/order-coronavirus-ra...
