Bilirubin rises

Plz suggest anyone on capcitabin.....and liver enzymes rises.....bilirubin rises....any treatment to lower liver enzymes....

Hi! My mom is on Ibrance/Letrozole and recently came back with high liver enzymes in her regular monthly bloodwork. We were referred to a GI and they ran some additional bloodwork. Turns out that she has Hepatitis A. With her compromised immune system, it’s easier for her to catch. Luckily her body can fight it off naturally but she had to stop the Ibrance for a few weeks. Might want to consider getting tested for Hepatitis.

Hi,

No significant fever. She monitors her temp multiple times a day due to the Ibrance/Letrozole effecting her neutrophil counts. She usually stays between 97-99 with the occasional 100.

I have high liver enzymes and I had CT done to see if the liver was compromised

I improved my diet eating greens, vegetables and fruits, in my case Chemotherapy is helping me because I have metastasis to the liver
