I read that elderberry strengthens your immunity so now I am taking two a day. Have you heard about it?

Elderberry has long been known to be helpful with a flu. Natural substances that raise your immunity include vit C (powder or pills, liposomal or IV). Turmeric/curcumin. Regular physical exercise (not athletics but movement), a diet free of too much added sugar (fruit is FOOD). Also perhaps dietary supplement Quercetin. I am taking these items daily and working to keep my system active. Good wishes.
