Thank you all for your well wishes for the biopsy today. Injections in lower eyelid to numb the area were pretty painful but the procedure didn’t last long. Hopefully results will be available in a few days.
Wanted to share these tulips with you. My favorite flower. These were omg the side of a side road in Napa.

I'm pleased to hear that you have had the biopsy. They are never pleasant are they? I have had four. Hopefully you will receive good results!
The picture is stunning! I love spring flowers too. Daffodils are one of my favourite flowers, but I love tulips, roses and carnations too. This is such a pretty time of year. It's also nice to be reminded of the beauty of California.
I’m glad the biopsy wasn’t too bad. Those flowers are gorgeous Tulips, Daffodils and Daisies are my favourite flowers. It’s sunny here today but snow and 100 kmh winds tomorrow. I am so ready for spring and flowers.
Red, also wishing you the very best possible news on your biopsy report.
The gorgeous rainbow of natures' incredible blooms you posted is just the incredible lift needed today. Thank you for taking your time to share this beauty with all of us.
Glad it gave you a lift - that was my infection. Take care! Kathleen
Hope you are recovering well now. The flowers are beautiful. I am a gardening fanatic and also have an allotment. Pure peace and harmony when I’m there. Best wishes
Thank you. Eye area no longer painful but I still look like “the other guy” in a fight. Looking forward to getting results so the suspense can end.
I’m having a R&R day and still lounging in bed. Shocking as it’s 1pm. 😊 It’s been raining this morning and rather gray so I wasn’t inclined to spring into action. Still not.
You are so fortunate to have an allotment! You do know how I feel about nature then. Is it near home?
We live in a tree house of sorts surrounded by 100+ year old oak trees which, though lovely, are not conducive to a lot of flower growing. We have planted a small garden recently for our bees but the yard is really too shady overall.
Stay in bed. You must need the rest. It will help with your recovery but then again you don’t need me to tell you that. Glad your eye is less painful. I can imagine the bruising. Yes we are in touch with nature. We a love trees, wildlife, mountains and the countryside. Our allotment is a five minute drive. It overlooks the River Mersey and Welsh Mountains. It’s beautiful. I would love to live amongst trees. I’m 70 now so don’t think we will be moving anymore. We grow such a variety of fruit and veg and I love my flowers and shrubs. I love to watch the birds and the bees through the summer. Drawback, we live in the City Centre. So the allotment is now our garden. We are real close to a huge park and the coast though. We lived in the wilds of the UK but retired to the City and glad we did as we both have health issues as you know and I’m a short walk from the GP and dentist and a 15minute walk from the hospital where I am treated. Really it’s the best of both worlds. Wishing you a speedy recovery and keep in touch. Cheryl
I agree moving to a city after a certain age is a wise decision. Sounds like, with your allotment and proximity to mountains and coast, you really do have it all! You’re fortunate and I’m happy for you. We’re up in the hills and just a 5 minute drive to the city center.
It feels like we live in the country with turkeys, deer etc. roaming about. Love watching them them but not when the deer eat our plants. 🙁I try to remember they were here before us, however.
Thank you - I will indeed post an update and hope it’ll be good news.
We have rabbits and foxes that like a nibble. We have to net our young plants when they start to grow. Yes the wild life were there before us. We are so lucky to have all this and must look after the planet. Sounds peaceful where you are. Take care and I really hope you have some positive news. Cheryl
Yes, I realize how fortunate I am living in this northern California climate. We do need more rain, however, so glad I took the photo when I did as it’s due again soon.
Greetings: Sister/warrior. I am happy to know you soldiered through your eye procedure. Thank you for the picture of some of God's beautiful green earth assorted flowers. Sooooooooo beautiful. Thanks again for spreading some joy
