Has anyone relieved carpel tunnel without surgery? My oncologist says it’s from Letrozole but the orthopedic doctor says it’s not and wants to do surgery!

I’ve had carpal tunnel syndrome...non mbc related and I wore splints at night which worked well..it resolved in time

Maybe ask to try those first?

If you need the surgery at any time it’s only a minor procedure

I have developed trigger thumb on my left hand about 3 months ago, It is very painful and I sure don’t understand why? I am left handed though???

IBrance and Letrozole for 18 months now and stable.

I have carpal tunnel and trigger thumb with letrozole. It showed up in both wrists right after I stopped ibrance. Now I have cut down on the letrozole and my right wrist still hurts but I can use it and left one is almost 100% better. I cut down w/out permission because I couldn't use my hands and that's a non-starter, but I still wanted to take it as it has worked so well for me in giving me "stable disease" status. I am stage 4, I will make my own choices because I alone have to live with the outcome. God bless you and heal us all in Jesus name, amen!

I had carpal tunnel on Letrozole. Wore a splint and saw a hand therapist for evaluation. But, the splint did the trick!
