After my first injection of Halaven, wbc was 4. After second, it was 2.9. My oncologist says that my wbc needs to get back up. I can't take Neulasta since it could trigger my leukemia to come back. How high does it have to be?

I read this in their product literature:
Recommended dose delays
• Do not administer HALAVEN on Day 1 or Day 8 for any of the following:
− ANC < 1,000/mm3
− Platelets < 75,000/mm3
− Grade 3 or 4 non-hematological toxicities.
Hope this is helpful. I’m not on it. Elaine
