Scared!!!!

Just need to vent , today I went for a eye exam cuz my right eye has gotten very blurry.. now I’m 58. So. Needing glasses seemed natural.. but I was told they is some nerve damage in my right eye.. now I’m scared it’s Cancer related....don’t know what to do , I’m feeling good my scans are very good...just scared... sorry... I sound like a frightened child.. in many ways I feel that way...☹️

Going to do a follow up with the opthalmologist... I did get infections in this eye.. just so scared.. don’t want more Cancer !!! Thank you ....for the calming words.. will keep you posted Sandra ❤️

I find that anything new that pops up is scary as we always think it is cancer. Chances are it will be something else. Best to get it checked out.

The brain ... scares me a lot... I hate my fear... but I’ll check it out...just been feeling good... not thinking about Cancer everyday... how this ☹️

Sorry you are feeling so anxious about it. I had eye pain 2 years ago and it would not go away. Went to an ophthalmologist because I knew I had mbc. Turned out it was herpes in the eye!! Omg I am a nurse and never thought of anything like that. It did form scar tissue which resolved. So yes I have been there where you are. I was stressed to the max when that happened so I attributed it to just being worn down and susceptible.

See an ophthalmologist- they know and are the MDs to make correct diagnosis. Odds are it had nothing to do with mbc.

I understand! Everything happening to us right now is scary. But most of these scares turn out to be not cancer related. Hold on to the fact that your scans are all good. ❤️

Your scans are good! Try to concentrate on that and see an opthamologist to figure out the reason for your eye problem.

I have to be honest I do the same thing everytime I have a new medical issue but I think we have to work very hard at changing our view.
