New way to take turmeric

Hi ladies

I’ve found a product called Truth Origins’ curcumin...it’s water soluble so is absorbed better..it has black pepper and francincense as well

I’ve always made my own golden paste with turmeric but it’s the curcumin that has the anti inflammatory action..also it tastes ok which is a bonus

Thought I’d let you know

Hi Barb,

Where did you find this? Was it online or in the shops? I wouldn't mind giving it a try! I just made some brown rice with tomatoes, garlic, celery, cumin, black pepper and turmeric.

Thanks for posting about this!

Tumeric is great, however it will stain your teeth! My teeth are bright white so I don’t take it and advice you to talk to your oncologist. A lot of hype about tumeric right now and its most likely junk science.
