Anyone taking Curcumin with Ibrance?

Is it safe to take Curcumin with Ibrance and femara?

Since my metastatic breast cancer diagnosed in November 2017 I have been taking high strength turmeric with pepper. I am stable probably is coincidence but I still taking it. All the best(I am on Ibrance exemestane and monthly donusomab)

Hi there

I’ve taken curcumin since well before my mbc diagnosis for back pain

I asked my oncologist if it was ok to continue and she said it’s fine

I make my own golden paste..it helps with inflammation so that’s worth doing

How do you make the golden paste? Do you spread it on something to eat? Just got a bag of organic curcumin so wondering how to best use. Thanks

I just eat a spoonful with some yogurt afterwards

Or add to warm milk or tea

There are recipes online and it’s important to add black pepper to increase absorption of the curcumin
