MRI and Bone Scan update (Stage IV BC)

After 8months of Letrozole with Ibrance including 10rounds of radiation for bone mets in the spine, my scans showed no progression of metastasis and in keeping with response to treatment and no evidence of new lesions. Keep the faith and be positive all the time ladies! Will have CT scan soon...

Congratulations and continued positive results. Had my first set of scans as well same meds as you could see no new lesions and shrinkage to others. I had to really let that sink in not sure what I was expecting but I am happy. Get busy living. 🙂

Hi AmosF, my improvement was checked by CT scan and MRI after 3months of medication lastyr and all my lung mets shrinked 60%, no longer in lymphnodes and liver. Be positive and have faith in the Lord who is the greatest healer❤️

I have liver Mets now after 2yr on IBrance and letrosole they are changing my treatment to aromisin and affinator

Wondering what what treatment you used when your lymph nodes and liver Mets disappeared

Hello Cindy, I am sorry that ibrance and Letrozole are no longer working for you. Ibrance and letrozole are my first combo from July last year and still on it. I am ER and PR positive but Her2 negative. No mutations at all in genes related to cancer. I’ve read that Ibrance and letrozole usually don’t work when you have Gene mutations related to cancer. I hope your new meds works for you now. God bless
